Here are some answers to some basic questions we are frequently asked.
Why you should have me do your vehicle detailing?
I come to you. Most detailers rely on quantity, working on as many vehicles as quickly as possible to make an extra buck. I offer you what customers really want: Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

Your vehicle and your trust are very important to me. I want to form a bond with my customers and rely on their repeat business. I perform a professional auto detail at your location. You can watch me do my magic. Ask me questions about what I’m doing. I’ll be happy to explain the process to you.

Detailing to You is a family owned and operated business. We are fully insured and licensed.

How often should I have my car detailed?
I suggest a full detail every one to two years and a full wash one or two times per month. This will keep your vehicle clean and protected from the weather throughout the year.

What about taking my car to a drive thru car wash?
Why not! This helps keep your vehicle in good shape. But I caution you from staying away from "soft touch" or car washes with rotating brushes, rough towels or mops. Such facilities can cause damage to the paint, break wipers, damage accessories, create soap residue, spotting, and areas left unclean even with the highest priced wash that they offer.

My vehicle is leased, should I have it detailed?
Definitely. The better your car's appearance and condition, the better trade value you will get on your car, and the less they will charge you for reconditioning the car.

How long does a detail take?
Depending on the package you choose, a full detail can take from 1 to 5 hours. Quality is the key, and I don't leave until your vehicle meets my strict quality standards.

What can I expect after I make my appointment?
The day of your appointment, you will receive a confirmation phone call or text to the number you provided before your appointment.

Once I arrive, I will walk with you around your vehicle, inspecting and documenting to meet the service your purchased. Once this is complete I take your keys and proceed with the service. All personal items should be removed by you prior to the service. Once complete, I will explain to you what was done.

What area do we cover?
Being mobile, I cover a very large area from Auberry, Big Creek, Burrough Valley, Clovis, Coarsegold, Fresno, Friant, to Kingsburg, North Fork, Prather, Sanger and Shaver Lake. If you’re not sure about your area, just give me a call..

Can you come to my office?
Yes, we frequently come to offices and work-places. All we need is room to work around the vehicle. We bring everything we need including water and electric. We do suggest that you inquire with the property owner if it is ok for you to receive an auto detail service on their property.

Do you offer special discounts for multiple vehicles?
Yes. Discounts can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. For instance, I would be happy to discount multiple vehicles at the same location at the same time if each one is at least average or better condition. A group rate such as an office location with multiple vehicles can be arranged.

How much lead time to get an appointment?
In general we need a week or two to get you in our schedule. But call anyway as we may have had a cancellation.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards as well as Cash App.

I bought a smoker’s car. What can you do about that?
Smoke odor is one of the most challenging problems for a detailer. I have to clean the entire interior including the headliner and use de-odor neutralizer to minimize or eliminate the odor. Sometimes, another treatment is required. I use the best odor eliminators on the market for all odors, including smoke.
